What is Messagency Design?
Messagency Design is a web studio that builds ready made websites for small businesses in Europe. We build the site first from public business details, show it to the owner as a working demo, and only charge if the owner decides to put it online.
Why did I receive a website I never asked for?
Because it is faster to show than to explain. We build the demo before contacting the owner so the conversation starts from something real. The demo costs you nothing, creates no obligation and is deleted on request.
Is the demo really free?
Yes. Building and hosting the demo costs us a small amount of server time and we accept that as the cost of introducing ourselves. You pay only when you ask us to connect a domain and take the site live.
Where did you get my business details?
From your public business listing, which is the same information any customer sees when they search for you: name, address, phone number, category, opening hours and the public review score. We do not buy contact lists and we do not use private data. You can ask us at any time what we hold about your business.
Will the demo show up in Google?
No. Every demo carries a noindex instruction and a robots file that blocks search engines and AI crawlers. It stays invisible until the owner asks us to open it.
How do I get a demo removed?
Send one line to info@messagency.net with the link or the business name. We take it down within one working day and confirm by email. No reason is required.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, and we prefer it. If you already have a domain we point it at the new site, usually within a few hours. If you do not, we register one in your name.
How long does it take to go live?
Once you approve the demo and the domain is available to us, the site is usually online the same day. Adding pages, photographs or a second language takes longer, normally three to seven working days.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and you can ask for a copy of every file at any time at no cost.
Can the site be in my language?
Yes. Every piece of text sits in a language file rather than inside the design, so we can deliver a site in Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch or Polish, and add another language later without rebuilding anything.
Do you also do search engine work?
The basics are included: structured data, sitemap, speed, headings, and consistency with your public listing. Deeper work on visibility inside AI assistants is measured and handled through MessGEO, which is our own tool.
What happens if I stop paying the monthly fee?
The site goes offline and the domain stays yours. We keep a copy for thirty days in case you change your mind, then delete it. There is no exit fee and no notice period.
