What does a website cost?
Essential is 690 euro and Professional, which adds search and AI visibility, is 1,190 euro. Both are a setup fee, paid once. Tailored is quoted after a conversation because the scope decides it. Prices exclude VAT.
Why do you build the site before I order it?
Because a picture of a website tells you nothing. We build a working page from your public listing, send you the link, and you decide with the real thing in your hand. If you say no, you owe nothing and the demo is deleted.
Where does my business information come from?
From your own public listing: name, address, phone number, opening hours, category, rating and review count. We do not invent anything. Anything we cannot verify is left out or marked clearly as an example.
What is GEO and do I need it?
GEO, also called AI visibility, is the work that makes a site readable by assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity. If your customers ask an assistant for a recommendation instead of scrolling a results page, it decides whether your name comes up. It is included in Professional and Tailored.
How long does it take?
The demo is usually ready the same week. Moving it to your own domain takes one working day once you have pointed the domain at us.
Can I take the site somewhere else later?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the site is plain HTML, CSS and PHP with no lock-in. Ask and we hand over the files.
How do I get a demo removed?
Send one line to info@messagency.net with the link or the business name. We take it down within one working day, delete the details behind it and confirm by email. No reason is required.
